Something seems to always be breaking. The repair guys come and fixed the things promptly but its an inconvenience. In the three months we had the faucet replaced. The exterminator came three times. The toilet replaced. The refrigerator fixed. The dryer fixed. The microwave fixed. The front door fixed. There is no visitor parking spots so if your having a party forget it. I can hear the people upstairs walking and their dog all the time. There is a gate but anyone can walk in the gate does not extended around the property. Also the handymen have copies to the keys to your apartment which makes me feel very insecure. The rent is high. On THE PLUS SIDE: the size of the 3 bedroom is good and the location is great. They change the carpet and fresh paint for new residents and the handymen will come and fix any problem within 2 days. The cluhouse is nice.
