My family temporarily moved here between finding our next house. The apartment is nice and spacious. Our apartment is on a higher elevation so we haven't had any flooding problems from heavy rains. We have only had a couple occasions where parking was not available where we typically park. We are first floor and the only noises we hear of the upstairs neighbors is when they close their front door and walk up the stairs. Maintenance requests have been pretty good when posting through their site. The only couple negatives we have had has been the valet trash collection that is supposed to come sunday-thursday nights sparsely comes, and then squirrels get in the trash. And secondly, one of our neighbors must smoke a lot of pot and it seeps through the walls. Otherwise, we have had a nice experience.
