Arium is, by far, the worst community I have ever lived in. It is in a convenient location but I have had so many issues over the past year. I have had 2 cars stolen and a 3rd one broken into in the parking lot. One or more of the gates are consistently damaged and/or completely gone. No one ever answers the phone when I call the office. There are actually so many other incidents I can think of now that I am compiling a list. Please save yourself and do not move here. There are a lot of places in the area to rent that are comparable in price so I implore you to explore your options. I do not recommend Arium at all.
