Very Rude! He may be knowledgeable, but the rudeness is ridiculous. I forgot to call him back to cancel and this man was very rude, although I apologized to him. He told me something that a court attorney told him, which was very unprofessional and untrue. In which I will be filing a complaint about. Unethical and unprofessional. He may get the job done, but, he need to listen and stop being so rude.

So thankful to have him on my side! He told me exactly what to expect in my case. I couldn't believe everyone who knew him downtown at the courthouses! As soon as I seen the respect he has by fellow attorneys and the judges/referees, I knew I was in good hands. I've read all of the review on here and I'm downright flabbergasted because I didn't find him rude or unprofessional at all. He's to the point. You may not like what he has to say but he says what needs to be said and he really guided me into becoming a better parent for my child. He's been in practice a long time and he knows what he's doing and he did a great job for me. My ex even tried to hire him after our case was over because he was so impressed with his work! Sorry that didn't work out for my ex. LOL In the end, we both put our feelings aside and we learned how to co-parent. Our child is healthy both physically and emotionally. I'm truly grateful for Mr. Brand and all the hard work he did for me. There's not many attorneys out there like him.

Mr Brand and his office staff are the most incompetent bunch of people I have ever come across in this business. Letters sent to wrong addresses, checks made out in the wrong names, and to top it all off he is plain rude. I would recommend you scrolling down and find another attorney !!!!!

I can't say enough great things about Mr. Brand. He's the best! If you want an honest attorney who will tell you how it is and not what you want to hear THIS IS THE ATTORNEY FOR YOU! He doesn't "sugar coat" things and that's what some people want. I had a very complicated case with lots of twists and turns but because of his diligence, rational thinking, experience and knowledge we won my case. He also won my respect. He made me realize that some of my thinking was not in my children's best interest and he called me out on it. At first I was mad, but I now know that he only had me and my children's best interest at heart and I really appreciate that and it has only made my bond with my children stronger.

He was rude and talked down to me, cut me off, and instead of being concerned with preparing me for court , he was concerned with arguing with me over Nothing! and then when I very formally fired him, he tried to justify his behavior. Egotistical, and poor mannered, and unprofessional

Mr. Brand is a very professional yet personable attorney. He works with you on payments, and every step you need to take after that. He is very knowledgeable about the law and everything that goes with it. I would definitely recommend Arthur Brand to friends/family, and actually already have. I was referred by a family member and I'm so appreciative because Arthur has helped me with custody and child support issues that wouldn't have been addressed had he not been involved.
