Our experience working with Artmil has been fantastic. Not being technologically proficient, I dreaded the creation of a new website. I was certain that it would be arduous and difficult for me. However, working with Wade at Artmil was extremely easy. We wrote and organized the text in a format they provided, so the web page says exactly what we want it to say, and it is organized exactly the way we want it organized. When I ran into a snag or had difficulties, all I had to do was ask, and the problem was immediately solved--and solved with ease. I was never made to feel that I was being a pest or that I was making inaccurate assumptions about what was or was not my responsibility. In addition, our staff was given brief training on how to make simple changes to our website, and it is easy and intuitive--even for the non-techy. Kudos to Wade and to Artmil for providing us with a wonderful, easy-to-use website!
