Feedback:

Only reason I don't give this company 5 stars is that my lunches tend to get cut short some times, but other than that I love the management team, I love that I can grow and there is potential to advance and I love I can make this into a career.

This company provides remarkable opportunities for growth both professionally and mentally. Team and family environment like no other, I’ve formed bonds with people here that I’m sure to carry for many years to come. My time working here has truly been nothing short of amazing. I can honestly say I literally love coming to work everyday.

I felt really lucky that I actually got to meet with the CEO while I was in town prospecting companies to work for/with once I move back to Harker Heights. The experience was awesome. I had a short amount of time to work with while in town and the team went out of their way to make it happen for me. I am excited to see where it goes from here!

I have been with Ascension Marketing Group for a little over a month and have grown so much as a person and as an entrepreneur. Once you complete your interviews and begin training, you are immediately immersed into a busy business mindset and lifestyle. Many people hate this part, but working full time in a positive and educational atmosphere is something that drives me to want to be successful. Charles and the team emphasize that this is a people helping people business and care more about growth than anything else. As long as you come in with the right attitude and student mentality, success comes naturally. Just remember that this company isn’t building employees, they’re building business owners. Because of this, they treat you with respect, but expect more of you than the typical 9-5 job. That being said, if you work hard, you’ll also get paid much more than at a typical job as well. Prepare to exchange your time for knowledge, money, and experience. Also, prepare for the positivity that Ascension Marketing group will bring to your future and your goals.

So after being at this company for more then a day....I’ve seen behind the scenes. They tell you so much an hour and so much in commissions, but won’t pay you the actual hours you work nor the commissions you earn. Any overtime accumulated is considered “on your own time” and hours are adjusted to reflect less then what you actually worked. Bonuses are a joke because it’s talked about but even if you meet/exceed their expectations you won’t see it. Even after a ‘promotion’ you’re expected to work more but paid less. Honestly I wouldn’t waste my time because you’ll work your ass off but won’t get paid your worth or time.

This company is an amazing opportunity with outstanding customer service. They take pride in being able to help customers over the central Texas area with services that may be too expensive with little value. They work for major clients and build people into owners to make a better life for families. If you are looking for a greater opportunity in life this is the place to be! President Raziel Charles trains managers to become owners in the organization all over the United States. He is a great at preparing people for the greater opportunity.

Today we where walking past one of the booths set up in H-E-B and as the president Razeil Charles proceeds to tell us more about the company, he asks my husband how much he makes and then proceeds to try and prove to us how he makes more with commissions coming in from this company. Now I’m not knocking the man and what he chooses to do for a living but the way he came at us was very disrespectful. I thought it was a joke at first until he pulls out his phone and shows us his pay stubs. He then stalls to stare at his watch in attempt to purposely waste our time and prove a point. I don’t understand why he was trying to prove something to us, people who are total strangers to him. It could have been a simple encounter but it just turned into a bad customer experience and it showed me how prideful this man Raziel Charles is and how much he really doesn’t care about their customers, just there for the commissions. Instead of accepting the fact that we did not want the product (because we get the services for FREE), he attempts to try and make a point that he makes more money for some odd reason. Just Horrible.
