What was the best part of the experience?

I didn't have to lift a finger! And every team member was courteous, prompt, and quite likable!

What would you change about the experience?

The only addition I can think of is a frozen margarita. Other than that, everything was better than I expected.

Trish and company found my missing piece. I'm a filmmaker by trade, so I knew little about the publishing industry. I put my heart and soul into my first two books but had no real marketing means. I've been clear on two things: My books hold value, and a market exists that wants my books. HOWEVER, that missing piece, the vehicle to join the two, was missing. How could I bring that market to my books? Wow, Ascot Media knocked it out of the park! Ascot Media, notably with Trish and Kimberly, provides a heavy weight one-two punch for promoting authors. They don’t waste time and improved exposure of my book by 500% as well as found interviews as early as the very day I signed a contract with them. in performing essential publicist tasks for me. Their work has helped to propel my book, “Love and Terror in the Middle East” to world class status, through mainstream TV, radio interviews as well as reviews. That has happened also due to their follow-up promotional efforts, etc. during my world author tours (visiting at least 36 US states, Montreal, Canada, and other regions). They are absolutely relentless in their promotional efforts and are very diligent in returning communications (usually that same day and even the same hour). Finally, Ascot Media has several very reasonable packages, and Trish, it’s owner, stretches her already very flexible business practices to craft a custom-made package for customers and works with them very, very closely to assure her promotional efforts will be very successful. In the first month, I have averaged about a media lead a day, to include National Media outlets. I that time I have done 5 radio interviews, 2 tv interviews, and 1 international interview. I have more radio interviews scheduled and tv outlets asking me when I will be in there area to conduct an interview with them. Ascot media group has been extremely responsive and has generated a lot of interest for my brand. To say I am pleased with them would be a drastic understatement. On a scale of 1 to 5, they are a 6.

I have used a few different PR firms. Many are a rabbit hole of promises and false hopes. Ascot is the real deal. They did a great job with my first book. They secured numerous high-end endorsements, over 50 reviews, 4 TV interviews and multiple radio and pod-cast interviews. At one point, I had too many interviews! Trish is sincere and they all work hard. I just signed up with two more books with them, and the results are even better. I am happy with their results, and I do recommend them.
