The original owner was a good person but our experience was maybe a 2 out of 5 before the new ownership took over. Our experience has been MUCH better since the original owner sold the company and Amber became our main contact at Ashe Rental Agency. Amber is absolutely wonderful ! She is honest and tactful and friendly. She is great at her job. She and the current team for Ashe Rental really do try to work with you to find what you need within your price range. The only thing holding us back from being a 5 star review is the offerings are limited - more so than what our family is use to dealing with or was expecting. However, we understand Ashe county is a smaller area with less housing available than where we came from.

Don't deal with these people! I am currently renting and have been since may...I have had standing water in my basement since may. Now they won't even answer the phone. Instead they transfer me to another office who apparently can do nothing but tell me they can't do anything. Also, the guy that owns my home has come to me 2 times wanting to know where is rent was...they cant even get your rent check to the person it's supposed to go to. Pretty sure my next call will be to a lawyer!!! Renters beware!!!

From day one with Heather to currently working with Amber has been a pleasure. Not only are they professional but welcoming as well. We love our new place and have lots of fun adventures checking out the local businesses recommended by these ladies. Yes, there were a few issues of concern but Amber was right on it . The maintenance guys were friendly and did a great job "even saved Amber and I from a rubber snake" Thank you Ashe Rental Agency!!

I’ve been renting with ARA for a few months now. The first month I moved in the water heater messed up and I contacted Amber and she had the repair guy out there in a day! Replaced in a timely fashion! From day one, they have worked with me and made the move easy. Great customer service and we would recommend them in this area for sure.

I moved here from Alabama. Tried renting a house in Boone but the deal fell through. I was in real need of a house and Ashe realtors worked hard to find me the perfect house here in Warrensville. I was really in a bad spot, and Ashe realty came to my rescue. I have never rented from such a great company before. I received emails and responses to all my questions immediately. The few repairs that were needed were attended to within reasonable time. I have rented through a couple realtors now and have never had the personal customer care and warmth that i have received here. I would recommend to everyone.

Our family came to know the Ashe Rental Agency back in February of this year (2019). Upon contacting their office we received a warm welcome and a inviting relationship with their office team. We first met Heather and she went above and beyond to do everything possible to accommodate our family, she even showed us a home on her off day! She was kind and very helpful with everything she did for us. Then we met Amber and she made the move-in process as painless as possible! She took care of our family just like she was caring for her very own! Every time I’ve had a question they have been more than understanding and helpful. After our move-in Amber did everything possible to help us, she worked with the homeowner to make ALL of my requests happen, and she even answered my questions on Saturdays and Sundays when she wasn’t working. Amber and her team have exceeded the 5 star rating in my book, I would give them a 10 star rating if it were possible! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Don’t hesitate to call on this company because they will do everything within their means to take care of you and your family!

I was at my wits end trying to find a place when I took a new job. I had been looking for 2 months and was going to give up when my a house popped up and I was able to view the house. Within a week, I was approved to move and in and less than 4 days later I was able to move in. The whole process took just a couple of days and Amber was quick to answer every question I had! A few months later when I had a minor maintenance issue, Amber was quick to get someone out to figure the issue out and quickly get it fixed! They are the best!
