Agency's insured damaged our new car (last year). We had documentation of this happening and filed a claim with them. They not only have not fixed our damage but their adjuster has completely blown us off. I wouldn't do business with a scam type company on this level, look elsewhere.

ASPEN INSURANCE WAS AWESOME TO WORK WITH.. THEN THEY GET BOUGHT OUT BY JEN. SHE MADE THE COMPANY HORRIBLE... UNBELIEVABLE HOW HORRIBLE THIS COMPANY IS...HAD TO CHANGE COMPANIES..I AM AN OFFICE MANAGER OF A SMALL BUSINESS AND WE WERE INSURED BY ASPEN INSURANCE.. THEY HAVE DOUBLE CHARGED OUR POLICIES ..NOW THAT I AM WITH MY NEW INSURANCE COMPANY WE HAVE SAVE DOVER 4,000$ IN BILLS AND NOW HAVE AMAZING SERVICE

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Made a payment for my insurance they took out $7,000 when they were supposed to only take $750.. Then It took 30 days to get my money back. They never apologized for this happening and blamed me for this happening.

great small town feel, little agency! I use for business and refer all my employees/subcontractors to go for all their insurance needs! Tim has great customer service and has shown, him and his team would and will go that extra mile for their customers
