Let me start off by saying I'm really big on leaving reviews about customer service! So this may be a long one! Lol! This store is by far the best AT&T location in Tuscaloosa! The consultants are so helpful and I really liked how quickly they acknowledged me when I walked in. They were a bit busy, but they still greeted me and assured me that they will assist me as soon as someone became available. This is very rare because other busy locations would just write my name down and leave me high and dry. I just really appreciate how Robin, Terri, and Justin were attentive to each customer. When it was my turn to be assisted, I talked to the manager Terri about an issue with my phone. She was quite delightful and I was able to upgrade my phone to the iphone xs Max. I want to give a special Thank you to Robin for giving me a tutorial on how to use it! She's the Iphone Pro in the store lol! I was coming from an old samsung so I needed some tips. All while upgrading my phone and having small talk, Terri discovered I was paying entirely too much for Xfinity. I was wowed at seeing how I will be saving by switching to Directv! now i have an installation set in a few days! Thank you all so much! I will be back!
