No freaking way 3.5 stars. I would give it -2 stars.When we got there the place looked run down. The roof shingles are all curled up. The place needs a major face lift.The room was no better. Toilet had not been cleaned in a while. There was a ring of fire inside the bowl. The towels looked like they we not cleaned, they had dirt marks on them. My wife lifted the cushion off of the couch and found someone's night gown under it. The bedding was no hell either. The patio doors were teribble, hard to see through them. The air fan in the room had big dust bunnies on it. We went out for supper and booked somewhere else. Much better.
