Overall Feedback:

When trying to find ways to cut expenses last Fall, I discovered that my homeowner's policy, placed through Austin Insurance, was double what other companies were charging. I switched companies, my insurance bill dropped to HALF what it was for the same coverage, and the only response from Austin Insurance came 3 months after the cancellation asking why I cancelled my policy with them.
