Inspiring offices, and right next door to Kings Cross! People are amazing, the business is innovative and I'm proud to work here.

To say this is an online company, I'd be totally embarrassed if it were my company. Their app is disgracefully under developed and under thought. You'd think it was done by a teenager or something. I can't believe that a company like this can produce such sh*te......

I brought Mazda rx8 I trust information on the autotrader webpage . Result bad because repair car 2 times bigger than car price. Seller lied but I trust autotrader. I send car to scrapping. I got my lesson. And autotrader sent mail to me seller information about car and saying I can go to court. Never again. gallery cars better.

After a terrible experience buying a car from a trader on AutoTrader, my negative review was revoked by AutoTrader....The review scores are key for buyers, if these are weighted in the trader's favour where negative reviews are removed, what's the point?! My review is below:So....after inspecting a 64 plate 2015 model Seat Leon in March 2019, looking at the AA inspection report and service history then test driving it, I transferred £8k to stockport car supermarket - all good so far. Only when I was sorting out the insurance did I accidentally find out the the car had been involved in a £2400 insurance claim in 2017. As suggested by the staff, I went out to check the VIN number against the V5 and saw that the offside front wing had become partially unclipped..... I imagine it's pretty unlikely for a trader to miss something like this? They refunded the £8k after a fairly short dicussion then gave me a lift back to the station - very nice of them... I had travelled from Bristol to view the car as I was told it was a great car, the reviews of #stockportcarsupermarket were 4.2 out of 5 and the pictures plus AA check and conversation with the sales guy all seemed to stack up. I feel pretty lucky to have managed to walk away from an £8k mistake, but did end up wasting an entire day in travel and £150 in train fairs - looking to buy from stockport car supermarket? Possibly not.

Complacent with the website and app, as there is no genuine competition... Autotrader should be better. Why not have better (more) search filters? Some particularly obvious omissions:Allow users to choose the 0-60mph time, instead of bands of 0-5, 0-8 secs, etc..Have more checkboxes e.g. for heated seats, for cruise control. (Keywords doesn't work if inputting more than one word (e.g. 'heated seats') as it searches separately for both individual words.)Maybe spend less on your over-the-top offices and more on the product.
