Ordered a custom made jacket from this company for my work. I received a jacket with the wrong size and no name embroidered In it as requested. When I called customer service they are not interested in helping me solve the problem or work with me at all. Poke with representative and manager and they do not care as far as they are consented they did their job. Now I am out $50 with a jacket that’s not printed with my name as requested and is too large for me to wear. They will not refund the items even as it sits in the original package or attempted to solve the problem at all. Stay far away from this company, there are plenty of other places to get personalized clothing from.Company has resolved the issue and I have a wonderful jacket now.

I just picked up the last minute programs I ordered for a funeral and they are better than I expected. I gave them a mock up of what I wanted and it turned out amazing. I could not be more happy with the product I received. This place has done amazing work for me especially in a time that is difficult for my family. I know every one will be pleased. I will be using them again in the near future for other projects.

Saw the place. Decided to see if they can make my Boost Mobile shirts for my store. I spoke with older lady who said Chris Schnid would assist me. First they took a while just to get estimate. After finally he sent me email i then wrote back saying please make my shirts (Oct 17); to this day no response. If you want great service AND quality work, go somewhere else unless u really dont care about your business.
