Overall Feedback:

Decent product for the price. Very friendly customer service. A few of the letters are a little crooked, and I'm a bit disappointed that there wasn't more effort put into cleaning up the embroidery. Also, I suppose labeling the size with a sharpie is better than not labeling it all.
