I recently needed help for Babbit to move a website client of their server onto our server. My client left Babbit because of their appalling service, the stories of which I didn't really believe. That was until I needed to talk to babbit. After multiple emails, phone calls and left message, none of which were ever returned, we gave up and found another way to cut Babbit out out the loop, which took hours of time that could have been avoided had Babbit returned my calls. If you are looking for a new website I would avoid Babbit at all costs, there are lots of great people in my industry and companies like Babbit tarnish our reputations.
