we worked with Babel on a campaign recently, what they promise is completely different than what they deliver. You meet with senior staff members the first few meetings, promising you a dedicated account manager and constant access to their managing director. The moment you sign and start paying all this changes, account managers change every few weeks, and you have to explain your business all over again, their managing director never picks up the phone or answer emails, unless to chase for a payment. Very low quality PR and publications. It is simply a time sheet filling exercise for them with no regard to the quality of the content and how it portrays the client. WORST AGENCY IN LONDON. stay clear.
