If I could leave no stars I would do. I cannot stress enough how bad of an outfit this company is.After agreeing an upfront price for branding and designing of bottles for our tequila brand, Banana kick agreed to release the IP after a payment was made. Once we made the payment in full and asked for our designs (as we only received PDFs that we cannot use) Jamie at Banana kick emails to say that if we want the files there is a charge of another £2,500 plus vat just to export and send the files that we paid to have designed! I would strongly recommend staying well away from this company and especially Jamie who moves the goal posts after you’ve made payment in full. I have all emails to documennt all of the above if you would like to see proof.
