This bank is really bad, on a friday morning 1 teller, than a ack the manager , do they usually have more people on Friday she just looked at me, said NO and kept walking , I really am considering another bank ,corporate needs to get involved here

The line is always out the door and there are only ALWAYS 2 tellers at the window. The bank teller Ernnisa at this location is also VERY unprofessional! Instead of being productive and trying to assist with shortening the line, she proceeds to explain to customers that we have other options besides patronizing this location. Poorest service I've received is at this location and I've been to many within Essex county

pretty bad... idk if its the ppl or the staff.. but the line had 25 plus ppl on... Management should know their peak hrs and days.For wxample if SSI or landlords or tenants deposits on the 3rd every month...perhaps u should shift staff or have staff xome for extra hrs

Always has long lines! Never more than 2 windows open(even though they have 4 windows) expect to be waiting at least 20 min every visit, just horrible.
