Banners and Signs ...Brand 9 Sign Fusion has been providing signs and graphics for us for decades now. Bobby and the entire Hartley family are exactly the kind of business people you want to work with. Hard working, very competent, priced fairly, and honest in all they do,. If you need graphics created, Bobby is a great graphic artist and has the feel for how to make your image "pop" in the marketplace. I highly recommend them and their whole team.

We had a VERY negative experience with this company. After putting 50% down, our monument sign that was supposed to take 6-8 weeks to complete took 6 MONTHS. Communication was non-existent and the owner consistently dodged our calls for updates. When we were lucky enough to get in touch with him, he always had excuse after excuse for the delay. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service. RUN, don't walk, away from this business.

I have worked with Bobby in the past for many signs, all still functioning in my clinic today. Their prices are competitive but their work is above par. Also, the design aspect, not to be overlooked, is very helpful and an added benefit.

This company is by far the worst Company I have ever done business with.If you want Good Quality work and Good customer service , Then Warning do not go with this Company. I have had my business sign for 3 years and this is the second time my sign was bent in half do to the poor quality work the way it was hung on the building. Now this company want to charge me for a new sign when the sign was hung poorly in the beginning. When the sign was bought it was suppose to be put up by my Grand Opening but instead they were 3 days late hanging the sign so therefor it was rushed and hung poorly. This company is Bad business and I do not see how they have 5 stars, they don't deserve a 1star.

I tried to have a sign made for an event. Dale told me he wanted me to contact via email. I sent him everything he asked for. I made him aware of the deadline and asked if he couldn't make it to please let me know bc there are more than one company that can do this. Well no sign, no communication, and they are closed today and I have nothing. Not professional.
