Feedback:

We moved on base almost a year ago. I can't begin to convert how much I prefer living on base. We had our third quarterly inspection today. I appreciated the advance call from David Chambers. It gave me time to put my nervous dog up so no one's time was wasted. Mr Chambers has been considerate, thorough, and professional each time he's been to our house. This is the same level of service we've consistently received since we've been here.

Had our first periodic service visit with David Chambers. I appreciated the call first instead of just showing up. Showed how to swap out the fridge water filter and arranged a few other small work orders while here.

Wish I would of rented off base. Worst base housing experience I’ve ever had.

Treated us so badly when we decided to move out. They bill strange, instead of billing 1st paycheck for half rent and second paycheck for the other they bill 1st paycheck last months rent and second paycheck half of the current months rent, I’m not sure how that works for anyone but them. They charged us a prorated amount, which is expected, and then on top up that for clean up even though we left it cleaner than we got it. Took forever to even get someone to start our out processing and they tried to talk us out of it. They take the full BAH and expect you to maintain utilities after you hit the baseline. Horrible at answering questions. Claim to care about military, they only care about your dollars. They claim to have the best amenities but they’re really all on main base so it’s like a commute to even enjoy them. They changed their office hours and pool hours without sending an email and I was told to leave the pool after my kids had already gotten in, you could put a sign up or close the gate and we could have avoided my crying children. I even brought up my rent to them and they just shrugged and told me to budget better. Most rude and uncommunicative staff I’ve ever dealt with. Take your money elsewhere.

This is hands down the best living option in town! Forget saving a little BAH, I'd much rather have a peace of mind and my own space. We really get more "bang for our buck" in Liberty Heights. I have 10 + years in property management and cannot find a single problem with the staff, the grounds, or the housing. Everyone has been super nice to work with and always happy to help. Kudos to David on providing excellent service when doing the quarterly inspections.

I have lived here for nearly 4 years and have never had a single problem with housing, My maintenance requests get taken care of almost immediately every single time without fail and all of the maintenance staff are awesome about keeping me in the loop. David who does the quarterly inspections and Joel who repairs appliances are two of my favorite staff members. They both are super friendly and great at what they do! I would highly recommend living on Barksdale AFB!

We weren't enjoying our experience with this company at first, but when our agent left the company (or was fired), our experience vastly improved. It was no longer difficult to contact the housing office or get our questions answered. Working with Chauncey instead was a breeze. Since then, we have no complaints. We absolutely love our house, and have enjoyed the remaining staff members. Today was our first service appointment with David Chambers and he was punctual, polite, and had kept me in the loop throughout the inspection. I really appreciated that he called me first instead of knocking on the door so that I was able to invite him inside with calmer dogs rather than having a loud, hyperactive mess. Mr. Chambers showed us how dirty our previous air filter was and switched it out for us.
