Very displeased with the customer service I received when trying to get myself life insurance. I was talking to an agent named Tyler Barnes. Started off fine but after a few minutes of talking to Mr Barnes he became very rude and seemed like he wasent interested in selling me insurance. He put me on hold for a personal call, asked me my ethnicity(which when I said I was black his complete attitude changed for the worse), and in general was very unpleasant. I was told I would get a call back but never did. I’m not sure how this company hires people but this one slipped through the cracks somehow. My business goes elsewhere because of this one employee
