Any number of insurance companies can provide insurance but for me the difference is customer service. With Mike I feel a personal connection that I have not felt in a long time. We moved to Barrett bc when our broker retired we stayed with that group but the personal connection was missing. We switched after spending time with Michael. Honestly the fact that we are saving money with him is just an added benefit. I would have made the switch regardless.

Mike has insured all our Vermont properties over the past 15 years. He and his team have always been informative, responsive, professional and friendly. Insurance premiums were reasonable and, yes, when we made a claim we received our compensation in a fair and timely manner. What great reasons to "buy local!"

Over the years, out insurance has always been handled by these folks. They exemplify a positive attitude, and put the word customer into customer service. Their expertise and honesty shine. Rather than go with some faceless company and taking chances, these kind folks give advice and options, that are tailored to our needs, not to what they want to sell. They are so trustworthy and helpful. If it was on a scale of one to ten on how they do, it would be a 12,,, at least. They take the pain out of purchasing insurance, and explain it so even I can understand it. Awesome staff. Thank you . Harry
