I have been with Barton Consulting Group for about seven months and find my experience rewarding. The business outsources sales for other clients such as Sprint. It does not only focus on marketing and sales but also on building leadership skills and leading a business. We're following a management training program which is great for that matter.You get to learn time management, event planning, how to teach, run meetings, train, lead, hire and build a team. I have witnessed myself, my own leader getting promoted to be a manager/owner and is about to launch his business in a different state. The compensation is commission and performance-based only, the work is hard indeed and requires a lot of hours (10 hours/day- 6 days) but that teaches work ethic, how to work for oneself, and be self-motivated. It's not for everyone but if you are a person that is motivated, ready to work hard, fully invest yourself and is hungry to learn, this is for you. Barton Consulting Group is one of the paths if you want to become a successful entrepreneur.The opportunities can be endless once you achieve the management training program.
