At first this was a great part time job, but the management is terrible. My manager Tim Timko hounded me daily, would tell me to schedule jobs even if I did not know what my schedule would be and then reschedule later. I had back issues, and had to go to the hospital and he still hounded me and called me every 5 minutes about working jobs other reps were not able to. When my grandfather passed away, they did not offer me bearvment and I was yelled at for wanting to take the day off to go to his funeral. If other reps cannot pick up their own slack, they try to pass on the jobs to you. They track you by GPS, and have prolonged call forms that take hours to fill it asking the same question over and over again. If you clock out in your car, you will get in trouble. They do not pay by the job, they pay you by the hour, and they expect you to finish jobs in half hour. So you do not get paid for the full hour. If you take over an hour to complete a job, they will call and yell at you and perform audits on your job, and GPS location. Their Target program is joke, and the communication between Target store managers and BDS managers are non existent. Do yourself a favor and go work as a Merchandiser for better companies who treat you better. Acosta, Premium Retail, and other reputable merchandising companies.
