This place is a trainwreck. Have been here almost 2 years. The management team changed about 6 months into my tenure, and will do the absolute minimum to keep their jobs. District Manager is almost as bad. Place is always filthy. Lighting out almost in 50% of the buildings. Your lucky to get a dog bag twice a week. Tornadoes came through in May, and again, have done the absolute minimum to get by. Tennis court is a concrete pad for dog excrement. Fencing, cracks, trees grass all over the place. Claimed to be doing all these upgrades months ago, but havent seen anything that would suggest progress, in any way. No expanded dog park, no upgraded lighting, no new washers/dryers. They ask for 2 months rent to break your lease. The property manager just sends out random emails once a month, and doesn't even use a basic email signature. Just called to voice my opinion about lighting, which is dangerous in stairwells, and got a VM. Surprise surprise. I loathe this complex, and can't wait to gtf out. Stay away!

Lived here for a year, just resigned my lease. It’s a beautiful area, beautiful buildings, love it. Pool & gym on site, lovely neighbors (pets included) & front office/maintenance people are prompt and attentive. ?

In regards to the water, the if the water is too hard, please contact your town's water department. The water is not controlled by Beacon Mills Apartments. All water annuals reports are made public by the town's water department. I am a water resource engineer.

I live here for about 5 months. Neighbors are very friendly. Office staff are awesome! Utilities are a little bit higher due to the 15 foot or so ceilings. Winter of 2018 was $300 average in the coldest months. Central Air and heating. KItchens are great. Wish the dumpsters were closer. But I love living here.
