I utilized BC Tag & Title for the sale of my vehicle. The location is convenient. They were every organized and gave us 100% of their attention for the transaction. I appreciated the fact that the process was as painless as could be. I have also been able to stop in and ask questions if needed and they are eager to help.

The staff was very nice. I needed to send insurance info to penndot. I thought all was taken care of until penndot informed me that they hadn't received anything. As nice as the staff was, I have had to go through so much and even tickets because of this. You took my money and didn't provide the service. Then when I asked for confirmation or a printout out of a receipt, I was told it just said my name and phone number, no information. This is not a good way to do business and I won't be coming there again. It only cost me ten dollars but my fines are much larger. Thanks.

Purchased a vehicle from a girl that lives near me. The counter help was extremely negative and questioning of her. We cancelled the transaction with them and walked out. I'll NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
