My experience with Dr Kim Lawson has been excellent. Being able not only to book appointments online in advance, but also order repeat prescriptions through the website is a massive time saver and very convenient.

Took my partner to get a drug test for pre employment for work. Already called up before hand to check if we could get results within the same day as employer asked for it. Ended up paying $40 for 0 service and was told that we will get our results in 2 weeks time and we also have to pay another payment for results. They gave us false informations. If we knew this would happen we wouldn’t be there in the first place! Waste of time and money! End up having to taking him to another place and pay another payment. So annoying ?

I hav been a long time patient with promed and hav found them awesome until the last couple years it now seems money is more of a priority than patient care I will be looking for a new dr such a shame thanks to dr mark and dr Victoria flight

Every time i come to my appointment or my children's appointment we get seen half hour to an hour later. But other than that its good.

The most helpful, caring and genuine doctors I have ever seen in my life. I thought my normal GP was great until I went for a one off appointment today and was treated with so much compassion and felt I was genuinely cared for. Thank you so much to the Doctor and Nurse that I dealt with today. If you are considering changing to this GP or even going for a one time appointment I cannot recommend it enough. These doctors are the definition of Loving your job and being dedicated to your patients.
