Mercy Thomas is the most rude person i have spoken with because i asked her to tell me the date for payment and if she can send me the id card because she didn't send it to me she started fighting with me. VERY unprofessional and i will not recommend anyone here. People like that should not be work that kind of a job if you can't spoke to people like a human. And when i asked to spoke to the agent she told me he is not there then hang up on me. NOT COOL!!!

I've always received exceptional service here and while looking up their number I just had to post a glowing review after seeing a poor one. My husband and I have been clients of this agent for about 14 years, since when they were located in Fairfax and I can't say enough good things about all of the staff I've worked with.
