I walked in to B-H to sell my property. I saw their 5 star rating online, so I went.I met Bobby Ditmore, who was affable, easygoing, and seemed knowledgeable. We talked awhile and I gave him details of my home: a low-buck fixer upper. We set a date for him to come by and assess my property. A half hour before the scheduled time, he sent me an email: "running late".Two hours later: "need to reschedule". I then called his cell and left a message: "give me a call. If you don't care to sell a doublewide needing a roof, I get it. Just give me a call". I've heard nothing. If there was an emergency, car accident, I'd be totally sympathetic.My assumption is that a low-buck deal isn't worth the bother, nor a call to beg off. That's human nature and the reality of making money.
