I have had some problems with a few companies and the BBB has helped me resolve my problems. I would highly recommend them. If it was not for the BBB I don't know what I would do. It has been effective in reaching a fair resolution between me and the company.

Asked in 2018 for a review of Green Oaks Apt complex and the status of a property management company called 10 South ..was informed that it was not to be trusted and Michigan Ave. Office was closed. But Bbb neglected to follow that another co.of the same poor quality continued to operate from a park forest location.

BBB is a scam, i work for a company and had multiple of my clients wrote in a review about my service, essentially after having them do that and the customer calling in to ask if i did saw the review they put up, and guess what nothing. out of all those clients who put a review only one came in. such a shame.

I just went to 199 ride today in (Ashwaubenon) Green Bay, Wi. to lease on a new reliable vehicle and I had an amazing experience! The advisor/dealer Ken M helped me find the right vehicle that worked for me and did above and beyond to keep it in my budget, AND I got to drive it home that same day!!! So happy with the overall outcome! And so happy with my new whip! Best place to go on Green Bay Wi. To lease a new vehicle and drive it home that same exact day & Ken m made it all happen very fast for me and answered all my questions and more! I had a overall Amazing experience today, thank you!

I recently contacted the Better Business Bureau regarding an HVAC Business (Four Seasons Heating and Cooling) that knowingly overcharged me by hundreds of dollars. This company also falsified documents regarding the service I received. When I explained all this to the BBB, I received a response say it was not going to get involved in my situation. The BBB says its vision is to create an ethical marketplace and to call out substandard business behavior... however the organization has failed to do so in my case, and thus, is allowing the degradation of an ethical marketplace. We expect organizations like the BBB to hold companies accountable for their actions, but when it fails to do that, who holds the BBB accountable?
