I researched a bunch of text marketing companies and went with these guys for the ability to automatically add an unlimited number of contacts via Zapier and csv upload. Also like the cheap price of keywords. Training videos are great and I had solid customer service. The use their web app rather than an iphone app works well but would be good if they had both. Overall, great service.

Not a very user friendly experience. Support is limited. I can do the same thing with Google Voice

A joke, I signed up, got my list started and now when I need to use it nothing works, cant login, cant reset password, cant even create a new account! All dead links or blank screens. And there is ZERO support since they are closed on weekends. Complete waste of time and money
