I would give them zero star if I could. Unfortunately, one star is the only way that I can show how terrible was our experience with this company. Please give yourself a favor and don’t waste your time and money with booking a place with this company. The word “Clean” doesn’t mean anything to them. The stove and the counter were so greasy and dirty, to use. Empty water bottles around the rooms from the last tenants and noisy beds are nothing in compared with the dirty dining table and the carpets. Don’t let me even to start on how dirty the bed sheets and blankets were! Even the toilet seats were not clean too. I took my complains to their office and they didn’t even care about what I had to say. Worst experience ever!!!!!

What a horrible company, worst customer service I have seen, customer means nothing to them, house was dirty and the company was totally ok with it being dirty! Don’t ruin your vacation with them. They don’t even clean the bed sheets. Their services are very bad, interestingly they already know it and more interestingly they don’t want to do anything about it.

Very dirty. They charged people a lot for the cleaning but they are not clean. The sheets were dirty, dishes and counter top were greasy, and there were still used water bottles in the bedrooms. We no longer come back over there. Moreover, you will get a terrible sleep as the beds make a lot of noise.

Got a fantastic cabin off of Airbnb through these folks and it was everything we expected and more. The cabin was decorated absolutely adorably, immaculately clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with flatware, dishes, pots, pans etc even beyond the basics such as coffee, cooking oil and pancake syrup. Check in/check out instructions were super clear, wifi was a big plus and the tv's even had cable. The fireplace was super cozy but the cabin had pretty intense central heating as well. The backyard completely fenced in for our dog and the location was about 100 steps from the ski slopes. We could not have asked for anything more. Thank you for the great "Big Bear Getaway" weekend!

It was ok just the cabin was bad it. Flooded water in our bathroom, the sink was broken, and the heater was not working. But big bear itself was beautiful and wonderful. I loved the snow so much.

My husband and I and my dogs had a wonderful time!! The staff was very accommodating, the cottage was clean, very well stocked and we will certainly be back for more fun!!!!
