I am so happy we chose to take a chance on Big Buzz! Change is hard, but after working with Chelsea & her team for 5 months now I wish I had known about them long ago. I am no longer the one instigating communication with marketing & SEO, and feeling frustrated in having to keep my thumb on top of contacted help...which feels SO refreshing! Just as she promised our new patients have increased due to fabulous behind the scene work! I am a very happy customer of Big Buzz!

They are specific in outlining what they can do; they do what they say they will do when they say they will do it; they are easily and immediately accessible to answer questions and make suggestions; they are explicit in letting us know what they need from us at each step; and they truly position themselves as partners in navigating an increasingly complex dental marketing environment. We are looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with them!

I am truly impressed with Big Buzz, not just the content and marketing they produce but the employees that work there. I own a dental practice in Indianapolis, IN and heard about Big Buzz through a buddy from dental school. I had a few talks with Wendy, and the staff, and felt very confident in their ability to get my practice to the level I desired through multiple platforms of marketing. I am a few months into my partnership with them but can honestly say I have been impressed every step of the way. The first mailers we dropped looked amazing and yielded new patient calls from day one. My new website is almost complete and I'm excited to see completely finished and rocking with Big Buzz SEO. I would recommend Big Buzz without a doubt to any dentist wanting quality, new patients!

I have worked with Big Buzz for many years and have trusted them to help grow multiple practices, some that were existing practices that I purchased and some scratch starts. They have done everything from branding to building websites to designing direct mail pieces, and I have always been pleased with the results and the practice growth that has come from it. Everyone I have worked with at Big Buzz has a very high level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity. Highly recommended.

Horrible experience. Hired these guys as they promoted themselves as experts at website development and marketing for healthcare practices. After many months, they finally presented a website that was, to say the least, amateur (that is being very nice). Problem is I paid a fortune for a site with all kinds of content inaccuracies as well as grammatical errors. On top of that the website was flat and boring. Looked like something a do it yourselfer could do in his free time. I finally scrapped the project and decided to use the rest of my prepaid money to do simpler projects (they wouldn't return my money that hadn't been used yet...forced me to use them for other projects). When they designed a postcard, they forgot to put a space for the patient's name and address. When asked for an explanation, they said they didn't realize I was going to mail it. I'm in legal battles now just to get the money I prepaid for which they didn't do any work. They refuse to give it back to me. Unless you like flushing your money down the toilet, stay away from these guys. Big Buzz....more like Big Ripoff!!!
