Having started off within the company as an intern within the PR team, I was delighted to have been offered a role post internship. Big Cat is a fantastic company to work for, and has given me an insight into a number of different fields. Working in an integrated agency gives employees the chance to work closely with individuals across all fields. For me, it's been interesting to work closely with Marketing and Design to see how they deliver a campaign and how PR can weave into these tactics. Support from the senior staff has been brilliant since I stepped into the office on the first day of my internship, and they have worked closely with me to build my knowledge of the PR industry, with constant communication and encouragement from my PR team along the way. Big Cat is an exciting place to work, as everyday is different. As our clients vary from sector to sector, so does our work, creating new challenges every single day. The whole team are fun and easy going - and we particularly love our monthly socials, which usually involve an activity accompanied with few tasty cocktails!
