Buyer beware, had a very bad experience with this social media "company". Never again, I felt they were very disorganized, they write proposals, but don't follow through on anything in the proposal. My website was a mess with misinformation, spelling errors, dead links, etc, bad layout, of course they blamed me (although they copy and pasted much from my old website) Had to go in and learn how to do the website myself (have a brand new one now with GoDaddy). Never got an electronic booklet they created, although was invoiced for it. Created and invoiced me for 2 months of Facebook postings (May and June of 2017) but only sent it to me for approval on May 25??? (was supposed to receive them 10 days before the beginning of each month). When I questioned the invoice and asked for a more accurate invoice for work actually complete, was threatened with legal action right from the get go. Example of advice they gave me was to ask all my customers and friends to give me 5 star reviews, I said no, if I get bad reviews, I should fix what is wrong, but I can see they got their friends to post some five star reviews after this bad review.
