We were in a super time and budget crunch on a project and had planned on getting banners printed through an online company - to save some money but also because they promised a two day turn around. Matthew, the designer we've been working with through Taylor Design Works, strongly suggested that we instead use Big Ink as he trusts them and their work. Since time was a big factor, I decided to heed his recommendation. I'm so glad I did. Big Ink was professional and prompt and, most importantly, the final product is stunning. When our associate picked up the banners she came back to the office raving about how friendly everyone was and what a beautiful facility they have.
