We’re in the early stages of our automation work with Big Lemon but it’s already delivering significant results. The content retrieval system they’ve put in place is saving between 6 and 8 hours of staff time per week. It also seriously cuts down on the menial work we undertake, allowing us to focus on the things that really matter. The automated calendar update reminds our clients and potential clients that we are the market leader in political monitoring in Wales every day. We simply wouldn’t have the time to put this together every day without the automation. Owen and the team are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are enthusiastic and helpful but never talk down to us.
