Poor communication. No instructions on where to park your vehicle when going there for interview and instead get a parking ticket and even then there is no support from this company to resolve that issue instead you are held responsible to pay for the ticket.

I used this company a number of years ago where I was very much mis led regarding a google ad word account. They failed to tell me that not only do they charge a management fee and set up fee, they also charge you a percentage per click on top of what google charge. So if google charge 10p per click, these guys charge you 12p per click. Not only that they do not manage 'your' account or set up an account for you, they simply create campaigns within their own accounts so if you walk away you have absolutely nothing that you have paid for. Then when I tried to discuss/resolve this I was threatened with debt collectors and very harsh tactics. There are much better companies out there which will create a google add account for you, with your own login details and you pay google direct so you have complete control.
