I sold my townhouse and purchased another house in Chelmsford. I would HIGHLY recommend Bill for both transactions. He was available for any questions I had... big or small. He even made himself available and made phone calls on my behalf while he was on vacation. He never tried to push us or talk us into buying anything. He would even point out to us the faults in some of the houses, just so that we would have a heads up. He is definitely on the ball and not afraid of hard work. Bill also gave up some names to contact regarding contractors, attorneys. even locksmiths that he has worked with in the past so he knows they are reputable. Best realtor I have ever had!...selling and buying.
