When I was in a minor fender bender I was able to call Bill right away for assistance. The other person involved was on their phone speaking 'accident' and 'help' then dialing numbers while on hold. I knew then how important it was to me to have a real, personable, agent! His first question is always 'Is everyone okay, Is anyone hurt?' and he is great at helping in tough times by putting things into a positive perspective. Also, Lynn at the front desk goes above and beyond in customer support! Highly recommend!
