We purchased Swift from Bimal old airport road and this review is post 4 months of experience..(My sales person was Praveen, who is the only good thing about Bimal)1. On delivery day, only they scratched the dashboard..a deep cut mark, which can't be fixed ever2. 2nd day, very next day, the bumper guard so called MGA, came out..The quality manager said, we will replace those duplicate plastics and will replace with new one:3. When we went to service centre, that guy used fevi quick on my 2 days old car and fixed it.4. Exactly after 1 month all the door visors came out of window.. I sent the same in WhatsApp group and nobody even bothered to call.. 5. Now the mudflap Colors are getting removed in patches and becoming black from red...But with the name of MGA they are giving local cheap plastics and fake products..Maruti Suzuki should investigate these type of acts of Bimal showroom old airport road branchToo bad after sale service..

We recently purchased Ertiga from Bimal old airport road. When we gave for service their sales guy Narasimha said he will take care of documents and stuff in the car. After service we found that they had robbed all things in the dashboard and nobody bothered to address our issue. They have the worst customer service. Cheaters!

Worst place ever to be in. They dont give priority to you even if you are with your family or alone.totally false promises on everything, so dont believe them if they they say that car will be delivered within 10-20 days.No updates from sales person, even from the senior management, they dont care, just they will trap you for booking, false promise and you are gone.I was promised for delivery within15-20 days. its been more than 20 days and there is no update, every other day i have to call them and the response is "next day we will update ".Evergreen lie- "CAR IS DISPATCHED","WILL GIVE YOU THE PRIORITY".better to try kalyani motors or kataria motors, since sale is less on those dealers, they will give you more importance
