Geez. Was considering losing AT &T and moving to another carrier. The guys at Birch just want to leave you on hold.

This is the absolutely worst possible ISP I have ever known of. The only reason my family still uses Birch Communications is because there is literally no other option for us. Being the only ISP available to my area allows Birch certain avenues to excuse themselves from providing actual service. The company's refusal, inability, or combination of both to fix issues with my local bandwidth and connectivity are inexcusable. Long periods of weeks without internet access should not even be happening. Birch's customer service is a joke. Representatives only skirt around issues they know they can't fix in order to keep up false hope in the companies ability to provide half decent service. If you have any option, any option at all, choose any other company than Birch.

It is straight terrible it took me 4 days to download battlefield 1 and they have yet to fix it no matter how much i contact them

Terrible service, tried to cancel service and keep e-mail, would not let me do that, then said would take 20 business days to cancel, so they will charge another month, but immediately canceled the e-mail account.I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE.
