Went there once and will never go back! My mom ordered business cards and 2 car magnets for her husband birthday to promote his new business. They messed up on 1 digit on the contact phone numbers. When talking to staff members the 1st lady manager was very rude and unprofessional! 2nd time I called myself to speak with another employee. He explained that they send out emails for authorization and approval (email was never sent or approved) she walked in after a couple days of putting in the order to check the status. They said they will go ahead with the order and after she was called about week later to pick up cards we noticed it was wrong. And let me note we gave them a copy of our orginial business cards we had. So how did they make mistake on phone numbers? When calling to get them fixed they said we will need to pay for another set! The first set was $117 for 100 cards and 2 car magnets. Now I have to pay for your mistake? Then when I called to complain they said the owner would give us 25% off! Um no thank you! I'll go somewhere else. This is so unfair and unprofessional! Go somewhere else for business!!
