The culture & support at BCM is invaluable. The powerhouse women (& men) that are involved are genuinely impactful— both in business and personal. The clients are a ton of fun to work with & the privilege given to associate yourself so close with the operations both on the front and back ends are skills that will transfer across any business. Ask before you assume & listen before you speak, look at their credentials and make a decision based off your own goals and perspective.

Very misleading. They promote opportunity for growth and this awesome pay but to do so you got to go into sams club and Costco to sell dirt products. To get into ownership they promise you almost 80k. For a “leadership role” I was bringing in almost 20k a year but they work you like a horse. No overtime pay and it’s a full time 45 plus hours a week. My best advice is to stay away!!

The culture and environment at Black Card is so welcoming, inspiring, and motivating. The amount of skillsets, personal and professional, that can be acquired or improved on is incredible. There's a wonderful chance to really use your creativity. The travel opportunities are so rewarding. You get to work with some amazing people who really care about you, your success, and helping you grow. You learn so much and help others learn as well. Your performance and rate of growth is completely in your control, as is your future in the business. This isn't a career for everyone but anyone can do it. You have to cut yourself out for this business. This is a serious commitment of time and energy, but if you put your foot on the gas and don't let up it pays off so quickly. If you don't continually ask questions and educate yourself on the business it's easy to develop a certain perspective toward it (hence some of the poor reviews). I will be forever grateful for the opportunities and support I was given during my time at Black Card Management.

Working with Lauren & her team is always enjoyable. Her team is filled with high spirited individuals who are excited about helping clients grow their consumer base through the live events. Lauren provides her team with hands on training and helps her team continue to sharpen their professional skills. I am excited to see what is next for Lauren and her team!
