Shouldn't have to pay to use public property, also when i asked for more time on the computer for a job application they said it'd be another dollar. I already had to root around in my car the first time because they don't accept cards in 2018. Will not be going back here.

Very small library, but it fits the town. To use the computer it cost money if you don't have a card, and if you are living in Black Mountain for the summer, it is so complicated to get a card!

Small-ish selection available. Can request books from the regional system, but there is a good chance that they will not have what you are looking for (if you are looking for a specific book) right away. Nice location (a bit older) and very quiet/welcoming atmosphere.
