Blaine Hardware is a Big Blue Building in the middle of a corn field. Blaine is a remarkable source to find a wide variety of new & "Veryyyyyy" hard to find window & door hardware & much, much more. When looking for this type of hardware start with Blaine first. You won't be disappointed.

I live hundreds of miles away, so I'm strictly an on-line customer. Truth Hardware steered me to you for online ordering, but your website is ATROCIOUS. It's like a relic from the 1990s. You have GOT to get somebody in-house who can totally rebuild your website and every page in it or your business will collapse when it could thrive. A tiny thumbnail photo and the name of the item doesn't cut it as "the product page" for anything. What makes this particular thingamabob different from all the others? What's it used for and what is it BEST used for? What are its ratings? I need to really SEE the thing. I need DIMENSIONS, preferably in the form of dimensioned drawings in plan and two elevations. You don't have to create those drawings yourselves. You can usually cut and paste them into your website from the manufacturer's on-line data sheets, etc., but of course you need somebody savvy with tech & graphics who knows how to do that. Looking at your website it's pretty clear you don't have anybody like that.

Shipping Scam — telephone service was fine, but s/h price quoted on phone, but not in writing, was exceeded by more than 50% when shipped. $20 to ship a small box with $50 in parts in it is obscene. Do NOT purchase without a written shipping estimate.

Contact this company on a Saturday via email and text per their website looking for snap-in vinyl bead replacement parts. They did not contact me. Called them on thursday and spoke with someone that said he would have someone email me the requested info that day. They did not contact me as promised.Called Friday morning and spoke with another rep. She said she would get back to me in about 15 minutes. Sat by the phone 2 hours. No contact. I called back and got voicemail. I left a message.They still did not contact me. It is now Saturday and I have been trying to get info on the parts I need and the company will not contact me. Clearly they are not interested in customer service our following through with what they tell you on the phone.I found ordered the parts I needed somewhere else.Don't waist your time with these folks.

Shipped me a miss-labelled part, which I then replaced locally so didn't need what they sent me. Wouldn't take it back without a restocking fee, despite their error. Accused me of trying to scam them for a $45 window part. I' d stay away.
