If there was a way to do it, it would be negative 5 stars. We have been calling this place for over two weeks as we are located out of state, leaving multiple messages for "Laird" and not receiving any returns calls. But that has not stopped the State of Pennsylvania from continuing to deduct spousal support garnishments even after the past due balance has been paid in full. Wonder how long it will take until the garnishment order is lifted and all excess money refunded.

Place is ridiculous I've been patiently waiting almost 4 weeks for papers and have not received them. I called multiple times and no answer and when I did get someone on the phone they said there was no papers sent that I requested. I told them i would like to speak to manager and the lady working desk laughed and said hold on. As long as they get to sit on there @sses and collect their checks they dont care about anyone else. Place is a joke.

When you need information it is best to go in the office. Unless you have your case number & PIN the automotive services on the phone won't work. But the office workers are helpful.
