Feedback:

Good place to b insurence

Feedback:

My husband and I bought a truck and 5th wheel camper last July. My husband already had insurance with State Farm on his dirt bike so that's where we went for insurance on the truck and camper. Jennifer got us what we needed right away, but State Farm canceled those policies a month letter saying that a review of my husband's driving record found a DUI and State Farm can not insure anyone that has ever had a DUI. Then it took another couple of months for them to get refund checks issued for the premiums they should not have charged in the first place. When we got a billing notice about the policy on the dirt bike we called Blake and he told us the policy was cancelled and we would not get charged for it. Well, we got charged and it will probably take a month or 2 to get that money back.Jennifer that works in Blake's office is absolutely wonderful, but State Farm is a company that clearly just wants to collect premiums as long as there is zero chance of a claim being filed ever. I want an insurance company that I know will be there for me when I need to use the insurance I pay for, not one that cancels on me, but still charges me.

Feedback:

I was in a car accident this summer and needed to have my car repaired. State Farm referred me to B & E auto as being in their preferred network. Repairs to my car seemed good but immediately after getting my car back I had problems with it so I brought it back to B & E who refused to examine it because they admitted they were not trained mechanics and had never examined my engine and other critical parts of my car despite doing body repairs. They told them upon leaving that it was a shame that this had happened and hopefully the grinding metal sounds would go away.I took my car to a friendly mechanic who examined it and quickly determined that there were bolts in my car which had been removed which caused loose metal to bang together when the car was being driven. Had B & E agreed to look at my car considering I'd just gotten it back from them after a 6 weeks in their repair shop I would have been satisfied. I took this concern to my State Farm rep Blake Bischoff who quickly defended B & E. He was not concerned about my car's new issues or potential safety problems from these missing bolts around my wheels. He promised me he would get in touch with B & E about it in two days and then he never called me again. That was over 2 weeks ago. He is incompetent, patronizing and unprofessional.

Feedback:

Absolute worst insurance agent I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Refuses to be an advocate for his customers, does nothing to help or facilitate with claims, hides behind "company policies" that he pulls out of thin air as an excuse not to have to do his job, and deliberately falsifies information given to customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BLAKE BISCHOFF. State Farm is an excellent insurance company... It's a shame that Bischoff seemingly goes out of his way to make the customer experience miserable and State Farm look bad in the process.
