My wife worked as a designer for six months, such a worst place to work. The management always puts pressure on the employees. The salary is the credible thing here, never pay on time to their employees and most of the time they give the salary as two splits. No salary increment as promised.Every month they've been recruiting employee but no one stays a minimum three months. Having only a few clients, unmatured work culture, no proper project management team and the employee alone handles the clients themselves. sometimes employees (even female) go and meet the clients to get the requirements. When you joined they will add your WhatsApp number in all their client groups and you should chat with the clients directly even in late night and weekend.I've suggested my wife to join this company because of their ratings and review but inside nothing to appreciate. all good reviews are given by their families and friends.

Salary is big problem in this office. He is not ready to pay full amount once he will pay half in this month means another half may be next month or they won't pay continuous months.
